Welcome to the Shell Top pattern! I designed this top by the beach in Sri Lanka, it is inspired by all the beautiful shells I found. I wanted to try something new, so I started by crocheting two shells. After lots of trial and error figuring out how to connect them, this cute little top was born. This pattern is part of my GIRLHOOD collection: perfect for sunny days, to feel girly, cute, and confident. Hope you love this unique design as much as I do!

This pattern was easy to follow and super beginner friendly, but I would recommend it for all skill levels! I also love how customizable this pattern is, so you can make it to fit you perfectly! The finished product is so cute and a perfect summer top.
I had the opportunity to be one of the testers of this pattern.
My crochet tension is very tight and it was very easy to adapt the patter to my "personal style".
This pattern is one of the most detailed one I ever tested or bought, because of this I would recomand for begginers, and for advanced crocheters as well for a fast and easy project.
- For me, the pattern presentation is very easy to understand and follow through, it was a smooth experience and I did not need further elaboration.
- It is indeed beginner friendly, the demonstration pics are really helpful, I would recommend it to someone that's just started the hobby.
- The time needed for it is short enough, that you can make this, let's say, right before summer when you wanted to update your wardrobe for the season.
- The completed piece turned out great! It's summer-y and pretty sexy I gotta say, but just enough so that you wouldn't need to pair it with anything else, it's good on it's own.
=> Overall I think this shell top is like a quick learning guide for beginners who wanted to get into crocheting or need a beautiful but simple enough top for the sunny season.
